A homogeneous staining of the liver parenchyma cells is detectable. The Trias with portal vein, artaie and bile duct are not L-PK positive.

The liver parenchyma cells are not stained with the M2-PK specific antibody. The bile duct area and the endothel of the arteria are M2-PK positive.
