Tumor M2-PK concentrations were measured with a sandwich ELISA from ScheBo Biotech AG, Giessen, Germany. CEA, CA-19-9 and CA 72-4 were determined using, Cobras Core II from Roche Diagnostics, Mannheim, enzymun Test-ES 600 Immunology Multianalyzer as well as tests from Sorin Diagnostics, Saluggia. |
