Vmax activities of pyruvate kinase

Vmax activities were measured spectrophotometrically according to the following reaction:

Tumor M2-PK concentrations

In melanoma tissues pyruvate kinase activities as well as the amount of Tumor M2-PK (dimeric form) increase.
